A modern country must be a law-based country.The life and the economic and social behavior of every modern citizen are closely related to the rule of law.The fundamental guarantee to ensure the stability of Chinese modernization is to regard the rule of law as the core way of modern governance.From the broad perspective of Chinese modernization,actively responding to new changes and new requirements in the field of rule of law,strengthening the centralized and unified leadership of the Party,maintaining the order of the market economy,realizing the standardization and legalization of anti-corruption work,and promoting social fairness,justice and common prosperity are the goals and tasks of advancing the rule of law in all respects at present and in the future.As a profound reform in national governance,advancing the rule of law in all respects has consciously innovated and developed the Marxist concept of the rule of law,actively constructed the theoretical framework and discourse system of the rule of law in the new era,expanded the new path of the modernization of the rule of law with the times,firmly established the authority of the socialist rule of law,and realized the long-term stability of the country,which is an important practical path to promote Chinese modernization.
