The Dilemma and Optimization Strategy in the East-West Collaboration Under the Goal of Common Prosperity:A Case Study of Jiaxing-Yibin Collaboration
The East-West collaboration is an important institutional arrangement for China to realize the ultimate goal of common prosperity by those who become prosperous first helping those who lag behind.With the historic shift of China's"three rural issues"to the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside,the East-West collaboration needs to undergo a systematic transformation in terms of the concept,the field,the mode and the path of collaboration.Taking the case of Jiaxing-Yibin collaborative development as a traction,this paper deeply analyzes the dilemma of Jiaxing-Yibin collaborative development in the process of rural revitalization strategy implementation,and finds that there are still some deficiencies in system supply,project planning,development momentum,and officials exchanges,etc.Therefore,to optimize the East-West collaboration,it is necessary to further improve the ideological understanding,adhere to the complementary advantages,deepen industrial collaboration,and build a long-term mechanism of win-win cooperation and a mechanism of talent exchange and mutual assistance.
