The Logical Connotation and Experience Patterns of Social Organizations'Participation in Primary-Level Governance from the Perspective of Party Building Leadership
The development of social organizations in China has roughly gone through the stages from comprehensive ban to strict control,supportive development in the context of innovative social management,and an important main body in the pluralistic social governance pattern led by the Party in the new era.This process also reflects the development of social management and social governance in China.Through the analysis of Chengdu's social organization development practice,it is found that social organizations have become important participants in governance,and have played an active role in the provision of public services and modernization of social governance.From the perspective of the triadic relationship among the Party,government and society,the current practice of social organization development can be called a model of state fostering society under the leadership of the Party,with significant characteristics of integrated development.Social organizations agree with the Party's philosophy of social governance and general requirements,and take the initiative to integrate themselves into the Party-led social governance system and become governance resources and tools at the primary level.
