若尔盖县农村少数民族老年高血压患者自我管理依从性现状及其影响因素
Current status and influencing factors of self-management compliance among elderly minority hypertensive patients in rural areas of Ruoergai County

摘要
目的:调查若尔盖县农村少数民族老年高血压患者自我管理依从性现状,并探讨其影响因素.方法:于2023年5月选取四川省阿坝州若尔盖县的260例农村少数民族老年高血压患者,应用一般情况调查表、高血压患者行为依从性量表和简明健康调查问卷进行问卷调查.结果:若尔盖县农村少数民族老年高血压患者自我管理依从性得分为(41.55±5.43)分.多元线性回归结果显示,BMI、吸烟、文化程度、居住情况、确诊时间、生理健康及心理健康是若尔盖县农村少数民族老年高血压患者自我管理依从性的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论:若尔盖县农村少数民族老年高血压患者自我管理依从性处于低水平,应根据其特点采用易于理解的方式进行健康科普,并制定针对性干预措施,以提高其自我管理依从性.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current status of self-management compliance among elderly minority hypertensive patients in rural areas of Ruoergai County,and explore its influencing factors.Methods:260 elderly minority hypertensive patients in rural areas of Ruoergai County,Aba Prefecture,Sichuan Province were selected in May 2023.The questionnaire survey was conducted using the general situation questionnaire,compliance of hypertensive patients scale,and the 12-items short form health survey.Results:The self-management compliance score of elderly minority hypertension patients in rural areas of Ruoergai County was(41.55±5.43)points.The results of multiple linear regression showed that BMI,smoking,educational level,residential status,diagnosis time,physical health,and mental health were the influencing factors for self-management compliance of elderly minority hypertension patients in rural areas of Ruoergai County(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The self-management compliance of elderly minority hypertension patients in rural areas of Ruoergai County is at a low level.Health education should be conducted in an easy to understand manner based on their characteristics,and targeted intervention measures should be developed to improve their self-management compliance.
