Correlation between medical coping style and family care of tuberculosis patients
Objective:To explore the correlation between tuberculosis patients'medical coping style and family care,so as to provide a basis for further development of targeted clinical intervention strategies.Methods:From January to October 2022,2700 tuberculosis patients in a 3A infectious disease hospital in Chengdu were selected as the subjects of investigation.Data were collected by using general information questionnaire,medical coping style questionnaire and family care index questionnaire.The correlation between medical coping style and family care was analyzed.Results:The total score of medical coping style of tuberculosis patients was(38.27±6.51)points,and the total score of family care was(8.13±2.67)points.There was a positive correlation between the total score of medical coping strategies and the total score of family care(r=0.284,P<0.05).Family care,age,personal monthly income,education level and occupational status were the influencing factors of medical coping style of tuberculosis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical coping style of tuberculosis patients is correlated with the family care.Medical staff should develop personalized family intervention measures to guide patients to take appropriate coping styles to face the disease,and promote their physical and mental recovery.
