Effect of supervised lung rehabilitation training on lung function and quality of life in patients with bronchiectasis
Objective:To explore the effects of supervised lung rehabilitation training on lung function and quality of life in patients with bronchiectasis.Methods:90 patients with bronchiectasis admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups using a lottery method. The control group(45 cases)received routine nursing care, while the observation group(45 cases)received supervised lung rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. The lung function, dyspnea degree, training compliance, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:After training, the observation group had higher FEV1,FVC,and FEV1/FVC compared to the control group. The dyspnea degree of the observation group was milder than that of the control group, and the score of St.George's respiratory questionnaire in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The training compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(95.56%vs 75.56%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Supervised lung rehabilitation training can enhance the lung function of patients with bronchiectasis, alleviate dyspnea, and improve their training compliance and quality of life.
