Influencing factors of quality of life among women of childbearing age in Aba Prefecture and its correlation with self-care ability of reproductive system
Objective:To understand the current status and influencing factors of quality of life among women of childbearing age in Aba Prefecture,and analyze the correlation between quality of life and self-care ability of reproductive system.Methods:From March to May 2023,250 women of childbearing age were selected from Ruoergai County,Mao County,and Rangtang County in Aba Prefecture.A survey was conducted using general information questionnaire,quality of life scale,and self-care ability scale for primary reproductive health care among women of childbearing age.Multiple linear regression analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were performed on the survey data.Results:The total score of quality of life among women of childbearing age in Aba Prefecture was(109.25±15.84)points.The total score of self-care ability scale for primary reproductive health care was(139.89± 31.83)points.The quality of life among women of childbearing age in Aba Prefecture was positively correlated with their self-care ability for primary reproductive health care(r=0.325,P＜0.01).The place of residence,education level,per capita annual income,and self-care ability for primary reproductive health care were the influencing factors of quality of life among women of childbearing age in Aba Prefecture(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The quality of life among women of childbearing age in Aba Prefecture is at a moderate level and positively correlated with their self-care ability for primary reproductive health care.The popularization and education of reproductive health knowledge should be increased for women of childbearing age in Aba Prefecture,so as to improve their self-care ability,and further improve their quality of life.
