Application of nursing based on comprehensive geriatric assessment of elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage
Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing based on comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)of the elderly in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:72 elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the control group, and 77 elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the comprehensive evaluation group. The control group received routine nursing care for acute cerebral hemorrhage, while the comprehensive evaluation group applied a nursing model based on CGA on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications and adverse events, family care burden score, and daily living ability score were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the incidence of complications and adverse events in the comprehensive evaluation group was lower than that in the control group(11.7%vs 36.1%,P<0.05).After nursing, the total score and the scores of various dimensions of family care burden in the comprehensive evaluation group were lower than those in the control group, and the daily living ability score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing based on CGA in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the incidence of complications and adverse events, alleviate the burden of family care, and improve the daily living ability of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
