摘要
目的:分析四川省某三甲医院医务人员的患者安全文化现状及其影响因素,为医疗质量与安全管理提供参考.方法:2021年3月,借助医院OA办公系统,使用医院患者安全文化调查问卷(HSOPSC)对四川省某三甲医院520名在岗医务人员进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析HSOPSC得分的影响因素.结果:回收有效问卷509份,医务人员HSOPSC各维度平均得分为(3.75±0.47)分,积极反应率为32.87％～93.07％.工龄、学历、科室是医务人员HSOPSC得分的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论:该院医务人员患者安全文化处于中等水平,医院管理者应根据医院安全文化建设中的薄弱环节及影响因素,制定针对性改进措施,以提升医务人员的患者安全文化感知.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of patient safety culture among medical staff in a 3A hospital in Sichuan Province,and provide a reference for medical quality and safety management.Methods:In March 2021,using the hospital OA office system,a survey was conducted on 520 on duty medical staff from a 3A hospital in Sichuan Province using the hospital survey on patient safety culture(HSOPSC).Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of HSOPSC scores.Results:509 valid questionnaires were collected,and the average score of various dimensions of HSOPSC for medical personnel was(3.75±0.47)points,with a positive response rate from 32.87％to 93.07％.Service experience,education level,and department were the influencing factors of HSOPSC scores among medical personnel(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The patient safety culture of the medical staff in this hospital is at a moderate level.Hospital managers should develop targeted improvement measures according to the weak links and influencing factors in the construction of hospital safety culture,in order to enhance the perception of patient safety culture among medical staff.
