Current status and influencing factors of preoperative psychological consistency in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty
Objective:To explore the current status and influencing factors of preoperative psychological consistency in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods:217 TKA patients hospitalized in the Department of Joint Surgery of a 3A hospital in Qingdao from March to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.A survey was conducted on TKA patients using general situation questionnaire,psychological consistency scale-13,hospital for special surgery knee score,simplified version of the Chinese Big Five personality questionnaire,perceived social support scale,and medical coping style questionnaire.The influencing factors of preoperative psychological consistency were analyzed.Results:The preoperative psychological consistency score of TKA patients was(56.73±9.35)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational level,neurotic personality,perceived social support,and coping strategies were the influencing factors of preoperative psychological consistency level in TKA patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:TKA patients have a low level of preoperative psychological consistency,and clinical attention should be paid to the psychological consistency to improve their social support level,avoid negative coping styles,and thus improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
