临时性回肠造口患者主要照顾者造口护理操作的学习曲线分析

目的:构建临时性回肠造口患者主要照顾者造口护理操作的学习曲线,为主要照顾者的造口护理操作培训提供参考.方法:选取某三甲医院2022年6-12月首次行临时性回肠造口术患者的主要照顾者为研究对象,记录研究对象造口护理的操作时间、操作得分、操作合格率,采用累积求和分析法绘制学习曲线.结果:48名主要照顾者在造口护理操作的个体学习曲线斜率(K)值开始为负值时,其操作次数为3~13次.不同学历的主要照顾者个体学习曲线中K负值时对应操作次数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).掌握临时性回肠造口护理操作技能所需练习的次数最少是7次.结论:主要照顾者至少需要进行7次的操作练习才能掌握造口护理.与小学学历者相比,大专及以上学历的主要照顾者能利用更少的练习熟练掌握操作.
Learning curve analysis of stoma care operation of primary caregivers of patients with temporary ileostomy
Objective:To construct a learning curve of stoma care operation of primary caregivers of patients with temporary ileostomy,and provide reference for stoma care operation training of primary caregivers.Methods:The primary caregivers of patients who underwent temporary ileostomy for the first time in a 3A hospital from June to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The operation time,operation score,and operation qualification rate of stoma care of the research objects were recorded.The learning curve was drawn by using cumulative sum analysis method.Results:When the slope(K)of the individual learning curve of the stoma care operation started to be negative,48 primary caregivers performed 3-13 times.There was a statistically significant difference in corresponding operation times when K was negative in the individual learning curve of the primary caregivers with different educational backgrounds(P<0.05).The minimum number of times to master the care operation skills of temporary ileostomy was 7 times.Conclusion:The primary caregiver needs to practice at least 7 times to master stoma care.Compared to primary school educated individuals,primary caregivers with a college degree or above are able to proficiently master operations with less practice.
