Effects of graded psychological nursing combined with acupoint application on psychological status and sleep quality of patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective:To analyze the effects of graded psychological nursing combined with acupoint application on the psychological status and sleep quality of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:82 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine symptomatic treatment,routine nursing,and graded psychological nursing,while the observation group received acupoint application intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological status,sleep quality,and quality of life after continuous intervention for 4 weeks were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,both groups showed a decrease in HAMA and HAMD scores,and the observation group showed a more significant decrease(P＜0.05).After intervention,the PSQI score decreased and the WHOQOL-BREF score increased in both groups,and the observation group showed a more significant improvement(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of graded psychological nursing and acupoint application can improve the psychological status of ACI patients,regulate negative emotions,and promote the improvement of their sleep quality and quality of life.
