Objective: To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Hemsleya Amabilis by establishing the I-dentification and determination method. Method: The qualitation identification was carried out by microscopic identification and TLC. Arid quantitation determination was carried out by HPLC. Result: The results of microscopic identification and TLC showed that significant characteristics were found for Hemsleya Amabilis. The results of HPLC quantitative analysis showed that the linear range of rubi-maillin was 0.1255 mg ? mL1 'l] - 2. 51mg ? mL[ ~1]. Conclusion: These methods are convenient, accurate, reliable with good re producibility and can be used to enhance the quality standard for the medicinal material.
