四川山胡椒叶挥发油的提取工艺条件研究

目的:确定四川山胡椒叶挥发油的水蒸气蒸馏提取工艺的最优条件.方法:采用正交设计试验,以挥发油提取量为指标筛选提取工艺并进行验证试验.结果:四川山胡椒叶挥发油水蒸气蒸馏提取的最优工艺条件为:料液比1∶16,浸泡时间20h,提取时间6h,挥发油得量为29.2 mg.结论:优化的四川山胡椒叶挥发油提取工艺重现性好、工艺稳定,为其工业化提取和生产提供了理论依据.
Research on Extraction Process Conditions of Essential Oil from Lindera Setchuenensis Gamble leaves
Objective:To investigate the optimum condition of steam distillation extraction process of essential oil from Lindera Setchuenensis Gamble leaves.Methods:An orthogonal design test was adopted to select the extraction technology of volatile oil and verify the test.Results:The optimum process conditions of steam distillation extraction process of essential oil from L.setchuenensis were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 16,the soaking time 20 h,extraction time 6 h and the essential oil amount of L.setchuenensis was 29.2 mg.Conclusion:The optimized extraction processing of L.setchuenensis is repeatable and stable,which provides theoretical basis for the extraction and production of industrialization.
