It is recorded in Tianhui medical bamboo slips Maishu Shangjing(《脉书·上经》),that five organs to the sky,respec-tively in four seasons and"Zhongzhou"(中州).Based on the discussion of the origin of four seasons thought and the comparison be-tween unearthed and handed down literature,it is concluded that the concern of four seasons thought in medicine lies first in disease,and this four seasons disease system is combined with five organs in Maishu Shangjing,aiming to explain the location and diagnosis and treatment principle of the diseases.
