四川文氏皮外科流派从"半阴半阳"辨治慢性皮肤溃疡经验

皮肤溃疡是中医外科常见病、多发病,超过1个月以上而难以愈合者称为慢性皮肤溃疡,属中医"痈疽""疮疡"等范畴.四川文氏皮外科流派是国家中医药管理局认定的第一批中医药学术流派传承工作室之一,目前为止已历经五代,对各种皮肤病的治疗颇有心得.四川文氏皮外科医家认为慢性皮肤溃疡的治疗应以阴阳为纲,临证中不仅有阴证、阳证,更有半阴半阳之证.其中,脾胃虚弱是半阴半阳证的发病基础,阳遏阴结是半阴半阳证的关键环节,瘀毒阻络导.致半阴半阳证形成的直接因素,在治疗上应采取"透阴转阳"为总原则,疗效显著.
Experience of Sichuan Wens'Dermatological Surgery School in Treatment of Chronic Skin Ulcer Based on"Half-Yin and Half-Yang"Theory
Skin ulcer is a common and frequently-occurring disease of traditional Chinese medicine surgery,more than 1 month not heal called chronic skin ulcer.Traditional Chinese medicine considers chronic skin ulcers to be"sores"and other categories.Sichuan Wens'dermatological surgery school is one of the first traditional Chinese medicine academic school inheritance studios recognized by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.So far,it has gone through five generations and has great experience in the treatment of various skin diseases.Sichuan Wens'dermatological surgery doctors believe that the treatment of skin ulcers should be based on Yin and Yang,and there are not only Yin syndrome,Yang syndrome,but also half-Yin and half-Yang syndrome.Among them,"Spleen and Stomach weakness"is the basis of the disease,"Yang represses Yin knot"is the key link of the disease,"Stasis and viral blockage of meridians"are the direct factors,and the total treatment is to"transforming of Yin into Yang"is effective.
