目的:分析掌握高原药材红景天国内外研究现状与动态,并分析研究前景.方法:查全率检索策略,VOSviewer1.6.19 结合CiteSpace5.7.R5 分析CNKI及Web of Science中红景天相关文献,剔除不相关及信息不全的文献.结果:纳入计量的红景天中文文献5 820 篇、英文文献1 426 篇,分析了文献产出与经费支持关系,梳理了主流用药品种、关键词共现、聚类、时线图及关键词突变内容,并讨论了红景天研究内容脉络、高发文研究团队及研究内容、红景天苷作用机制和未来热点趋势.结论:红景天作为历史悠久且临床用药经验的高原药材品种,中国是开展研究的主要国家,虽起步晚但在2003 年之后发展快,文献产出与经费支持呈正相关,在大株红景天之后,红景天研究热潮逐渐趋于平稳.英文文献发表最多的作者为波兰华沙医科大学的EWA团队,主要研究狭叶红景天、四裂红景天和玫瑰红景天提取物对小鼠、猪血液白细胞、粒细胞、淋巴细胞体内外活性、增值及代谢的影响,中文文献以新疆叶城解放军第十八医院的崔建华团队发文最多,主要针对单复方红景天对急性高原疾病、高原脱适应展开一系列临床研究.红景天提取物和红景天苷的抗疲劳、抗缺氧作用是主要关注点.因栽培存在难点,研究人员广泛探索组织培养育苗,人工栽培尚未实现产业化,而红景天苷可规模合成.红景天未来研究热点为糖尿病及其并发症、心脑血管疾病、神经保护、学习及认知功能等方面的研究,但相关机制研究有待深入.虽有红景天活效成分红景天苷的构效关系、生物合成的研究,有望缓解野生资源匮乏的现状,但单一成分并不能完全代替药用植物,因此,有必要结合交叉学科进一步开展红景天人工栽培和替代品种研究,从而推动红景天资源保护与产业健康发展.
Visual Analysis of Rhodiola Rosea Research by VOSviewer and CiteSpace Knowledge Graph
Objective:To analyze and grasp the current research status and trends of the plateau medicinal herb Hongjingtian both do-mestically and internationally,and to analyze the research prospects.Methods:The recall retrieval strategy was used to analyze the lit-erature related to Rhodiola in CNKI and Web of Science using VOSviewer 1.6.19 combined with CiteSpace 5.7.R5,and to eliminate irrelevant and incomplete literature.Results:5 820 Chinese and 1 426 English literature on Rhodiola were included in the measure-ment.The relationship between literature output and funding support was analyzed,and the mainstream drug varieties,keyword co-oc-currence,clustering,timeline,and keyword mutation content were sorted out.The research context of Rhodiola,the high publication research team and research content,the mechanism of Rhodiola glycoside action,and future hot trends were discussed.Conclusion:As a high-altitude medicinal herb with a long history and clinical medication experience,Rhodiola rosea is a major research country in China.Although it started late,it developed rapidly after 2003,and literature output and funding support are positively correlated.Af-ter the large Rhodiola rosea plant,the research boom on Rhodiola rosea gradually stabilized.The author with the most published Eng-lish literature is the EWA team from Warsaw Medical University in Poland,mainly studying the effects of extracts of Rhodiola narrow-leaved,Rhodiola tetralobata,and Rhodiola rosea on the in vitro and in vivo activities,proliferation,and metabolism of white blood cells,granulocytes,and lymphocytes in mice and pigs.The Chinese literature is the most published by Cui Jianhua's team from the 18th Hospital of the People's Liberation Army in Yecheng,Xinjiang,mainly focusing on the effects of single compound Rhodiola on a-cute high-altitude diseases A series of clinical studies have been conducted on high-altitude adaptation.The main focus is on the anti fatigue and anti hypoxia effects of Rhodiola extract and Rhodiola glycoside.Due to the difficulties in cultivation,researchers have ex-tensively explored tissue culture for seedling cultivation.Artificial cultivation has not yet achieved industrialization,while salidroside can be synthesized on a large scale.The future research focus of Rhodiola is on diabetes and its complications,cardiovascular and ce-rebrovascular diseases,neuroprotection,learning and cognitive functions,but the research on related mechanisms needs to be deep-ened.Although there have been studies on the structure-activity relationship and biosynthesis of salidroside,the active ingredient of Rhodiola,which is expected to alleviate the shortage of wild resources,a single component cannot completely replace medicinal plants.Therefore,it is necessary to further carry out artificial cultivation and alternative variety research of Rhodiola in combination with inter-disciplinary studies,in order to promote the protection of Rhodiola resources and the healthy development of the industry.
