Compatibility Rules of Prescriptions Containing Xixin in Zhi Liu Shi Bing He Ji Tang Fa of Tianhui Bamboo Slip Medical Manuscripts in LaoGuanshan Han Tomb
Objective:To explore the compatibility rules of prescriptions containing Xixin in Zhi Liu Shi Bing He Ji Tang Fa of Tian-hui bamboo slip medical manuscripts in Lao Guanshan Han Tomb.Methods:Using the philological methods,the author researched and sorted out the composition of prescriptions containing Xixin in this book,and summarized the compatibility rules of prescriptions containing Xixin by classifying the use frequency and percentage of each medicine and by combining the indications of prescriptions.Results:39 traditional Chinese medicines were applied in 15 prescriptions compatibility with Xixin,which were used for 92 times.The most frequently used medicines were ShuJiao and Gui which used for 11 times.The third frequently used medicines were GanJiang which used for 9 times.According to the classification by efficacy,WenLi medicines were the most commonly used medicines with Xix-in,which were used 41 times.The second most frequently used medicines were HuaTan medicine,BuXu medicine and QingRe medi-cine,which were used 7 times each.According to the classification of medicine properties,the warm medicines of compatibility with Xixin were mainly,which were used 63 times.Conclusion:The main compatibility rule of prescriptions containing Xixin in this book is that similar medicines synergistically increasing efficacy each other by similar properties.And the secondary compatibility rule is that different medicines increasing efficacy each other through different properties.The compatibility structure of"Xixin-ShuJiao-Gui-Gan-Jiang"is not only relevant to the pathogenesis,but also targeted at the symptoms,which is the embodiment of the compatibility rule of prescriptions containing Xixin based on the complementary application of similar medicines in this book.
