摘要
本文所述重灸法是医者手持直径5cm大艾条定点悬灸疗法,较传统艾灸疗法具有作用面积广而深透、疗效持久、灸感明显、以神治神等优势.笔者根据临床跟诊及文献整理,系统归纳总结大艾条重灸疗法的起源、命名、选材及操作步骤等,并详细介绍其治病机理、灸感及注意事项等方面.而后通过举隅大艾条重灸法治疗皮肌炎一病的案例,阐述其操作细节,并分析其作用原理,拓展艾灸治病范围,对大艾条重灸的临床应用具有一定的参考价值.
Abstract
The heavy moxibustion method described in this article is a fixed-point suspended moxibustion therapy where the doctor holds a 5-cm-diameter moxa stick.Compared with traditional moxibustion therapy,it has the advantages of a wide and deep acting are-a,long-lasting curative effect,obvious moxibustion sensation,and treating the Spirit with the Spirit.Based on clinical follow-up and literature review,the author systematically summarizes the origin,naming,material selection and operation steps of the heavy moxibus-tion with large moxa sticks,and introduces in detail its therapeutic mechanism,moxibustion sensation and precautions.Then,by citing the case of treating dermatomyositis with the heavy moxibustion of large moxa sticks,the operation details are elaborated,and its mech-anism of action is analyzed to expand the scope of treating diseases with moxibustion.Meanwhile,it has certain reference value for the clinical application of heavy moxibustion with large moxa sticks.
