Sequelae of facial paralysis is a common intractable disease,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of pa-tients.Based on the regulation of the biomechanical microenvironment of the fascial network and Jingjin theory,Professor Li Dehua used blade needle to treat the sequelae of facial paralysis.Its clinical efficacy was satisfactory.Based on the theory of Jingjin-Fascia,this paper analyzed Professor Li Dehua's experience in the treatment of facial paralysis sequelae with blade needle therapy,so as to pro-vide reference for colleagues.
