Research on Strategies for Maintaining and Improving the Security Resilience of Coastal Territorial Space:Taking Offshore Inhabited Island and Coastal Apace as Examples
The coastal zone is an important area for the development and protection of China's territorial space and economic and industrial development. With its special spatial location and geographical environment,it carries a large population, industries, and important facilities. At the same time, various natural and man-made disasters are intertwined in the coastal zone, the disaster risks are complex and diverse, and the development and protection of territorial space are faced with significant security risks.Focusing on the frequent occurrence of meteorological disasters and marine disasters in the coastal zone, this paper puts forward three aspects of the connotation of ensuring the security resilience of coastal territorial space, namely, the resistance ability, the carrying capacity, and the recovery ability. On this basis, referring to advanced international experiences, this paper puts forward four strategies for maintaining and improving the security resilience of coastal territorial space.Combined with the recent planning and research practices of the author's team in Zhuhai, taking the offshore inhabited islands and coastal space as an example, this paper puts forward the maintenance strategies of the security resilience of the territorial space of the offshore inhabited islands based on the improvement of the carrying capacity and the multi-level planning strategies of the disaster prevention and reduction of the coastal space in order to play a leading role.
