Eco-Security Evaluation and Spatial Planning Response Strategy of Shenzhen Coastal Zone
The eco-security of coastal zone is the foundation of the coordinated development of land and sea.It is the requirement of coastal zone planning in the new ear to clarify the trend of spatial resource changes in coastal zones and implement refined planning guidance and use control.By taking the coastal zone of Shenzhen, which has prominent eco-security issues,as an example,an evaluation approach was established from the urban coastal areas to the production-living-ecology coastal section units. Moreover,an indicator system covering multiple land and sea contents was established based on the DPSIR model to comprehensively evaluate the eco-security status of the coastal zone in Shenzhen City. The results show that, from 2011 to 2021,the eco-security index of the coastal zone in Shenzhen City increased from 0.271 to 0.726,and the security level increased from less secure to more secure.83.3%of the coastal section units have not reached critical safety. The average eco-security index of the units of the western part of Shenzhen City is 40.6%lower than that of the eastern part.Among the reclamation factors, the natural shoreline retention rate has the highest correlation with the eco-security of the units. In the future, the eco-security levels and types differences can be combined to to add the intermediate link of coastal zone unit control in the planning conduction, guiding the detailed planning of land and marine space in a rigid and flexible manner.
