Network Structure and Coordination Mechanism of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in Terms of Transportation and Economic Data
We analyze the urban spatial structure and connec-tion network's characteristics of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Ma-cao Greater Bay Area from 2019 to 2020 based on social net-work theory from the perspective of transportation relationship and economic relationship,and explore the development direc-tion and the coordinated mode of the Greater Bay Area in the future,to provide several suggestions for the development planning of the Greater Bay Area.The results are as follows:First,the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area presents a spatial differentiation pattern of"strong in the east and weak in the west".Guangzhou,Shen-zhen and and Foshan are the main contact directions in the Greater Bay Area,forming the traffic pole of"Guangzhou-Foshan","Shenzhen-Dongguan"and the main line of eco-nomic connection:"Foshan-Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen-Hong Kong".Second,a relatively obvious multi-centralized network structure with Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Hong Kong as the core has been formed in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.High-ranking cities have shown strong siphon aspect than other cities.The two-way connec-tion between cities presents a certain symmetry,but the over-all trend of network agglomeration is not obvious.Third,a circle-like structure is gradually forming with the central axis of the Greater Bay Area as the core,and a coordinated devel-opment pattern of point to area is formed through a number of cohesive sub-groups.
