摘要
GIS资源的共享和复用一直是行业内广泛关注的问题,而当前大多数面向公众的GIS资源平台不能完全满足多样化的GIS资源共享需求.SuperMap Online将创作者经济理念引入GIS资源共享领域,设计实现了面向创作者经济的GIS资源共享平台,提供资源创作、上架、交易和收益的全流程GIS资源创作共享体系.通过这种模式,创作者在平台上创作资源,供其他用户购买和使用,并获得收益.平台对整个流程提供审核与支持,保障资源质量与合规,同时对优质资源进行推荐和宣传.这种模式为GIS资源的共享和复用提供了一种全新的思路,本文介绍了该平台的设计和实现.
Abstract
The sharing and reuse of GIS resources has always been a widespread concern in the industry. At Present,public resource sharing platforms cannot fully meet the needs of di-versified GIS resource sharing. SuperMap Online introduces the concept of creator economy into the field of GIS resource sharing,designs and implements an online GIS resource plat-form oriented to creator economy,and provides a GIS re-source creation and sharing system for resource creation,showing,trading and revenue. By this way,creators create and nominate GIS resources on the platform,so that others can purchase and use resources,and the creator get paid. The platform provides audit and support for the entire process,en-suring the quality and compliance of resources,and recom-mending and promoting high-quality resources. This model provides a new way for GIS resource sharing and reuse,this paper introduces the design and implementation of the plat-form.
