智能化方式平衡医疗资源,让患者快捷救治,为推进分级诊疗制度提供有力支撑.通过引入GIS技术对患者、救护车及医疗资源等对象进行动态管理和分析,嵌入早期预警评分体系(modified early warning score,MEWS),以科学的标准对患者进行分级、转诊和收治,统筹医疗机构的上下联动,使线上线下一体、转诊和救治贯通,形成高效的医疗生态闭环.本文以长沙市为例,解决GIS技术如何深度融入院前急救体系,在医疗资源管理、现场救援规划、最佳救援路径分析、呼救信息管理、突发事件处置等方面,依托救援事件的时空属性,运用信息化技术推进智能化分级诊疗制度的实现,成为推动优质医疗资源配置、平衡、优化、共享的重要举措.通过开发软件系统实现患者能利用智能手机在线呼救、现场救援、科学分诊、医院接诊等功能,保障分级诊疗的顺利实施,提高对患者的院前管理,为老百姓提供便捷、迅速和精准的紧急救援方式,全面提升诊治能力和效率.
