城乡土地利用变化监测图斑快速核查方法及应用

随着城乡建设现代化进程不断加快,土地资源变化监测以及土地督察的需求日益增加,需要通过遥感监测技术提取和核查大量的变化图斑.通过基于层级信息的变化图斑空间化匹配方法,减少图斑提取后套合比对的工作量,以此对图斑进行预判预查降低图斑核查数量,并构建图斑核查业务模型,规范图斑核查流程,实现对图斑的快速核查与监管.在此基础上,设计实现变化图斑核查系统,实现了图斑预判预查和核查业务,提高了图斑核查效率,对土地督察工作起到了促进作用.
A Rapid Verification Method of Urban and Rural Land Use Change Monitoring Patch and Its Application
As the process of urban and rural development modernization continues to accelerate,there is an increasing demand for land resource change monitoring and land inspec-tion. It is necessary to extract and verify a large number of change patch using remote sensing monitoring technology. By employing a spatial matching method based on hierarchical in-formation for change patch,the workload of overlay compari-son after patch extraction can be reduced. This,in turn,al-lows for the pre-assessment and pre-inspection of patch,de-creasing the number of patches that require full inspection. A business model for patch inspection is established to standard-ize the patch inspection process,facilitating rapid inspection and supervision of patch. Building upon this foundation,a change patch inspection system is designed and implemented,enabling patch pre-assessment,pre-inspection,and improving the efficiency of patch inspection. This system plays a signifi-cant role in promoting land inspection work.
