GIS技术辅助下配电网抢修驻点选址方法研究

电力设施安全对城市正常运行至关重要,而相对陈旧的配电网抢修驻点配置与城市快速发展形成了典型的冲突.如何更好地配置配电网故障抢修站点资源,逐渐成为了当前电力行业重要的工作内容.本文综合利用路网数据、土地利用数据、电网故障历史数据等多源时空数据,基于空间分析与粒子群算法提出了电网抢修驻点选址方法流程,并以广州市白云区和海珠区为例,在兼顾成本和效率的基础上实现了 99%以上的研究区域高效覆盖.总之,本文提供了一种切实可行的配电网抢修资源优化配置技术方案,且能够形成有效的模型算法工作流,以进行更好地推广与使用.
Emergency Repair Station Allocation for Power Grid with GIS Techniques
How to better allocate the resources of distribution network fault repair sites has gradually become an important part of the work of the power industry.This paper puts for-ward a process of power grid emergency repair sites selection method based on spatial analysis and particle swarm algo-rithms,land utility data,historical data of power grid failure and Baiyun District and Haizhu District of Guangzhou are used as examples to demonstrate the efficient coverage of more than 99 per cent of the study area on the basis of taking into account cost and efficiency.Overall,this study provides a practical technical scheme for optimal allocation of distribu-tion network emergency repair resources,and can form an ef-fective spatial analysis model workflow for better promotion and use.
