现代时空测量中时间尺度与计时技术发展

作为基本物理量之一,时间不仅是高精度测量的基础,同时在基础科学研究、时空基准建立、航天发射及测控、导航制导与控制等领域中具有重要作用.在阐述现代时间测量原理与方法的基础上,系统总结了世界时、原子时以及用于理论计算的坐标时等不同时间尺度和时间计量技术的历史发展与现状.研究了各种时间尺度定义及相应的计时方法,明确了它们之间的内在联系与承接关系.给出了不同时间尺度的换算方法,并对计时技术的未来发展作了分析与思考.相关研究可为系统理解时间尺度内在关系及其在高精度时间数据处理与应用中提供技术参考.
Development of Time Scale and Time Measurement Technology of Modern Space-time Measurement
As one of basic quantities in physics,time is not only the base of high precision measurement,but also plays an important role in the fields of basic scientific research,establishment of space-time reference system,space launch,aerosapce telemetry tracing and control,navigation guidance and control.Based on the principle and method of time measurement,the historical development of time measurement technology was reviewed systemati-cally and the status quo and relationship of time scales,incorporating universal time,atomic time and coordinate time were offered in this paper.The definitions and realization methods,as well as conversions for each time scale were studied.The prospect for the development of time measurement technology in the future was also discussed.It is a reference not only in understanding the development of time scale and time measurement technology but also in the data processing and application of high precision time measurement.
