顾及边缘特征与图像波峰的建筑物侧视图像分割算法

近年来,建筑物图像分割技术得到快速提升,但多数是针对遥感正射影像的分割算法.随着街景和增强现实等技术的发展,对建筑物侧视图像进行分割的需求日益增加.针对该问题,提出一种结合边缘特征与图像波峰的组合算法.算法通过Canny边缘检测算法进行初步图像分割;利用改进的天际线检测算法形成建筑物与天空的分界线;通过图像波峰分离相邻的建筑物;随后,使用原图像的绿色通道,去除树木的干扰,实现建筑物边缘提取和形状提取.最后,利用MSRA10K数据集中的图像对提出的方法进行实验验证.实验表明,与GrabCut算法相比,本文算法不需要人机交互,且在视野较小、背景良好的情况下具有更好的提取效果.
Side View Image Segmentation Algorithm of Buildings Considering Edge Features and Image Peaks
In recent years,building image segmentation technology has been rapidly improved,but most of them are segmentation algorithms for remote sensing orthophoto images.With the development of street view and augmen-ted reality technology,the demand for building side view image segmentation is increasing.To solve this problem,a combination algorithm combining edge features and image peaks is proposed.Firstly,the preliminary image seg-mentation is performed by using Canny edge detection algorithm.Then the improved skyline detection algorithm is used to form the boundary between building and sky,and the adjacent buildings are separated by means of image peaks.Secondly,the green channel of the original image is used to remove the interference of trees,and realize building edge extraction and shape extraction.Finally,the images in MSRA10K dataset are used to verify the pro-posed method.Experiments show that the algorithm does not depend on human-computer interaction and has better extraction effect in the case of small field of vision and good background compared with GrabCut algorithm.
