基于分流模型的大规模网络教学运行管理研究

新冠肺炎疫情暴发后,高校普遍采取网络教学形式.首次大规模网络教学对教学管理形成巨大挑战,高校需要培训教师网络教学技能,引导教师变革传统教学模式,并对网络教学运行进行监督.为解决网络教学模式中存在的各种问题,哈尔滨工业大学经济与管理学院提出了分流模型,该模型建立了全院网络教学运行和监督组织结构,将全院的学工、技术信息、督导等力量前置到各系,建立各系教学服务小组微信群,从而将问题流分流到各系;同时,优化教学运行和监督的流程.实践证明,分流模型对于大规模网络教学管理不仅有一定的理论意义,更具有较大的实用价值.
Research on the Operation Management of Network-based Teaching on Large Scale Using Split Flow Model
After outbreak of the coronavirus disease,network-based teaching is widely applied at universities.It's a big challenge for teaching administration to carry out network-based teaching.There are many tasks in-cluding improving teaching skills of teachers,guiding teachers to change the traditional teaching model,and the operation management and supervi-sion of teaching.In order to solve those problems mentioned above,a split flow model is presented by school of management at HIT,in which a new organization is established.This newly established organization is in charge of the operation management and supervision of network-based teaching on large scale.To improve the operation efficiency of new organization,staff of college,IT technicians and supervisors are allocated to different depart-ments.A WeChat group is organized to serve teaching in each department.Thus,the task of teaching management and supervision is allo-cated to different department.And the process of the operation management and supervision of network-based teaching are optimized as well.The practi-cal results show that the split flow model presented not only has theoretical significance for management of network-based teaching on large scale,bust also has practical value.
