市场营销专业成长阶梯教学模式探析

营销实践性较强,如何培养符合社会需要又具备系统营销知识体系及运用能力的人才一直是大家所关心的问题.因此,通过严谨的学习过程,帮助学生构建科学的理论体系、发展深层次的思维方式,形成知识迁移运用能力,是我们需要解决的关键问题.本文从以学习者为中心的理念出发,以教学理论为基础,根据营销学科特点,以新国标为指导思想,结合华东理工大学商学院专业人才的培养目标,设计并实施了成长阶梯教学模式,以期对市场营销专业的教学发展实践有一定的参考作用.
Research on The Teaching Mode of Growth Ladder in Marketing
Marketing is a practical subject.How to cultivate talents who meet the needs of society and have systematic marketing knowledge sys-tem and application ability has always been a matter of concern.Therefore,through the rigorous learning process to help students build a scientific theo-retical system,develop a deep-seated way of thinking,and form the ability of knowledge transfer and application is the key problem we need to solve.In this paper,guided by the concept of"learner centered",based on scien-tific teaching theory,according to the characteristics of marketing disci-pline,using the new national standard as the guiding ideology,we designed and implemented the"Growth Ladder Teaching Model"combined with the training objectives of Business School of East China University of Science and Technology.We expect that this teaching innovation will have a certain refer-ence for the teaching development practice of marketing specialty.
