Research on Diversified Flow and Inquiry Teaching Model—Taking the Example of Marketing Model Course for Graduate Students at Shanghai Jiao Tong University
Based on the Flow Theory,this paper discusses how to a-dopt Diversified Flow and Inquiry Teaching Model to resolve the problem of Emphasize Teaching and Underestimate Guiding,Emphasize Modeling and Underestimate Conceptual,Emphasize Derivation,and Underestimate Ana-lyzing in the teaching reform of modeling course for graduate students in management taking marketing modeling course of graduate students in man-agement at Shanghai Jiao Tong University as the example.Diversified Flow and Inquiry Teaching Model includes three major components.First,in terms of teaching content,it attracts the students into flow and arouses stud-y interest based on diversified modeling construction,methods integration,and cases combination.Second,in terms of teaching approach,it adopts 360 omni-directional interaction such as teacher-student interaction,student-student interaction,student-computer interaction,and inner-out-er interaction to improve study efficiency.Third,in terms of student evalua-tion,it adopts whole cycle and whole process test mode which uses methods of showing,teaching,presentation and inquiry to promote the students'knowledge internalization.
