经管医结合:医药院校市场营销专业人才培养模式研究

长期以来,我国医药院校市场营销专业人才培养存在诸如专业建设方案模糊、课程体系设置欠科学等问题,严重影响人才培养质量.本文考察了我国医药院校市场营销专业人才培养存在的问题,并从专业建设、课程体系、师资队伍建设、教材建设、教学方法研究、实践教学、课程思政7 个方面探讨了湖北中医药大学管理学院的人才培养改革举措,构建了经管医结合的新型市场营销专业人才培养模式.
Combination of Economics,Management and Medicine:Research on the Training Mode of Marketing Professionals in Medical Universities
For a long time,there have been problems in the training of marketing professionals in medical universities in China,such as vague professional construction plans and unscientific curriculum system settings,which seriously affect the quality of personnel training.This paper examines the problems existing in the training of marketing professionals in medical u-niversities and discusses the talent training model from seven aspects,in-cluding professional construction,curriculum system,teaching staff con-struction,textbook construction,teaching method research,practical teaching,and curriculum ideology and politics.The reform measures have built a new training model for marketing professionals combining economics,management and medicine.
