The Exploration of Hotel Management Talents Cultivation Mode Reform and Practice for the Pan-hotel Industry
The hotel industry is transforming from a single place of ac-commodation and catering to a place of lifestyle experience with multiple de-velopment modes,which poses a new challenge to the cultivation path of tra-ditional hotel management talents.Drawing on the development experience of domestic and foreign colleges and universities,combined with the practice of China's hotel industry development change,regional economic develop-ment characteristics and students'professional development needs in the new era,this paper summarizes the new ideas of the hotel management tal-ents cultivation through the positioning of talents cultivation,professional service ability,curriculum system,teaching staff and integration of produc-tion and education and clarifies the real effect of its talents cultivation by ca-ses.Thus,it provides implications for the reform of talents cultivation for domestic undergraduate hotel management colleges and universities,and of-fers reference to the cultivation of new business talents in the new era.
