Study on Reform of International Exchange and Cooperation in Undergraduate Education of Finance and Economics Colleges
By comparing school-running situation of some domestic and foreign universities and colleges,focusing on indicators relevant to in-ternational exchange and cooperation and considering the vision and status of finance and economics colleges,this paper finds that there are three major problems presenting in the undergraduate education with respect to interna-tional exchange and cooperation,including the imperfect recruitment and management of international teachers,the stagnant growth of international student scale and the lack of ripple effect brought by the international re-search cooperation.In view of the existent problems,improvement measures are put forward from the following three aspects.First,enhance the overall level of international teacher team by attracting high-level talents all around the world.Second,enrich the teaching activities by accelerating the devel-opment of English-taught courses.Third,cultivate the research ability of undergraduates by giving full play to the advantages of international research cooperation between teachers and students.
