Interdisciplinary Collaborative Creation Instructional Design Based on the Organizational Learning Theory——A Case Study on 360° Pop-up Book Creative Design Workshop
Based on the theory of organizational learning,this article explores the teaching reform of the design workshop of the course of the fun-damentals of three-dimensional design.Taking 360 ° pop-up book design as an example,this paper analyzes the dynamic process of knowledge flow from three levels:individual,project team and curriculum system and ex-plores the teaching design scheme of interdisciplinary collaborative creation according to the five stages of knowledge sharing and expansion,knowledge conceptualization,knowledge innovation and concretization,knowledge ra-tionalization and innovation knowledge internalization.This exploration tries to solve the problems of insufficient curriculum integration and innovation,insufficient internal drive of learners and weak utilization of practical teach-ing resources in colleges and universities and paves a new path for the prob-lem oriented interdisciplinary collaborative innovation design workshop under the background of the new liberal arts construction.
