Legalization of Network Public Opinion Governance in Colleges and Universities in the New Era:Question Inspection,Theoretical Logic and Practical Approach
With the rapid development of network information technolo-gy,the governance of network public opinion in colleges and universities has increasingly attracted more and more attention.The legalization of network public opinion governance in colleges and universities is a necessary part of the modernization of higher education and even national governance system and governance ability and the advancement of comprehensive law-based gov-ernance.Based on the problems existing in the legalization of network public opinion governance in colleges and universities in China,it is necessary to bring the process of network public opinion governance into the track of legal-ization,cultivate the legal thinking of college teachers and students through four aspects including cognitive judgment,logical reasoning,comprehensive decision-making and system construction,and play the leading and promo-ting role of the rule of law by legal governance,flexible governance,regula-tory governance and collaborative governance.Therefore,it can realize the ef-fective governance of network public opinion in colleges and universities,and promote the implementation of the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.
