The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Postgraduate Three-assistant Practice Education in the New Era
The postgraduate three-assistant is an important institution-al arrangement for the country to promote the postgraduates'abilities of practice and innovation,an important carrier for universities to promote practice education and for tutors to teach by example,and an important platform to improve postgraduates'comprehensive quality.Based on the cur-rent situation of postgraduate three-assistant work,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by postgraduate three-assistant practice education,inclu-ding the weakened marginal utility of public financial investment,the ina-daptability for professional degree postgraduates'practice training,the to-be-perfected communication and training mechanism,the significant cogni-tive differences between teachers and postgraduates,and the to-be-im-proved willingness of postgraduates to participate in.It is suggested to build a long-term three-assistant work system for postgraduates in the new era with innovation orientation as the guide,postgraduates'development as the core and precise funding as an important measure,so as to improve the effi-ciency of postgraduate three-assistant practice education.
