Development and Application of High Temperature Rapid Formation Pressure Testing Instrument
With the development of exploration wells to deep wells, the development of oil and gas of small diameter wells in high temperature deep sea has become inevitable. Rapid formation pressure tester is for analyzing and calculating formation permeability and reservoir effectiveness by measuring formation pressure. However, the existing instrument can not meet the operation requirements of 4.5 in small diameter well and temperature resistance of 205 ℃. The suction speed is uncontrollable and the constant flow suction can not be achieved during pressure measurement, resulting in low pressure measurement accuracy. The modular design of each functional short section of the high-temperature rapid formation pressure tester, with its hydraulic power highly integrated with the precision suction short section, and the compact structure of the pushing and sealing short section reduces the length and diameter of the instrument. The high temperature electronic components and high temperature thick film packaging technology are adopted to achieve the technical index of temperature resistance of 205 ℃. The precision control technology of DC brushless motor is adopted to achieve the constant flow suction and precision pressure measurement of complex formation fluids such as ultra-low permeability. The high temperature rapid formation pressure tester has been verified by high temperature and reliability tests and real well operations. The instrument has the advantages of small size, high integration, good reliability and high temperature resistance. It solves the pressure measurement problem of complex well conditions at high temperature, and has a promising application prospect.
