在电缆泵送桥塞分簇射孔作业中,采用大电阻雷管进行分级射孔时存在误爆安全隐患.磁电雷管具备良好的抗环境电能力,需要特定频率的电压信号才能起爆,以使其安全性更高.设计了磁电雷管的编码式分级射孔系统,采用固定地址编码技术、双向双频通讯方法,实现地面系统与电子模块的选择功能;采用单片机程序语言控制金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管开关状态,在井下将地面直流供电信号转换成100 kHz的脉冲信号,实现磁电雷管起爆功能;利用电压门槛控制技术,极大地提高了施工安全性.对磁电雷管编码式分级射孔系统进行地面模拟试验,测试可知导爆索爆速均达到7800 m/s,表明磁电雷管编码式分级射孔起爆技术具有较高的可靠性.该技术在中国多口井成功应用,表明其具有较强的适用性,这为泵送分级射孔提供一种新的起爆技术,对降低射孔施工安全风险具有重要意义.
Magnetic Electric Detonator Coding Graded Perforation Firing Technology
In bridge plug multi-cluster perforation operations, using high resistance detonator in graded perforation poses a safety risk of accidental detonation. Magneto electric detonator have good resistance to environmental electricity. It requires a voltage signal of a specific frequency to detonate, which makes it safer.Designed a coded graded perforation system for magneto electric detonator, using fixed address encoding technology and bidirectional dual frequency communication method to achieve the selection function of surface system and electronic modules. Using micro-controller programming language to control the switching status of metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor , the surface DC power supply signal is converted into a 100 kHz pulse signal underground, achieving the detonation function of magnetic electric detonator. Using voltage threshold control technology greatly improves construction safety. Ground simulation test on the magnetic electric detonator coding graded perforation system, and the results showed that the detonation velocities of the detonating cord reached 7800 m/s, indicating that magnetic electric detonator coding graded perforation firing technology has high reliability. The successful application of this technology in multiple wells in China has shown its strong applicability. The technology provides a new detonation technology for pumping graded perforation, and is of great significance in reducing the safety risks of perforation construction.
