水力压裂监测与诊断技术进展与组合应用

水力压裂监测与诊断方法已成为非常规储层开发的重要配套技术之一,为提高其应用效果,针对微地震监测、分布式光纤测试、电磁法监测、压力测试、示踪剂产出剖面测试、井下电视成像、阵列声波成像测井等技术在国内外水力压裂监测中的应用情况,从不同监测与诊断技术的基本原理和施工工艺出发,依据不同标准对技术进行了分类,系统地总结分析了各类压裂监测与诊断方法的适用性、技术优势以及局限性.结合工程实践案例,提出了开展压裂监测与诊断技术的联合应用思路.研究结果表明:不同压裂监测与诊断方法的技术优势存在明显差异,需要根据监测的时机、目标和工艺科学合理选择;压裂监测与诊断技术的组合应用可克服单一方法的局限性,实现对缝网延展特征的准确刻画以及压后产出规律分析研究.该方法为压裂监测与诊断技术在非常规资源开发中的应用提供了有价值的见解.
Advances and Combined Applications in Hydraulic Fracturing Monitoring and Diagnostic Technology
The monitoring and diagnosis technique for hydraulic fracturing has become an important supporting technology for unconventional reservoir development.In order to improve the application effect,we analyze the application situation of micro-seismic monitoring,distributed fiber optic sensing,electromagnetic monitoring,pressure testing,tracer production profile testing,downhole video imaging,array acoustic imaging logging and other technologies in hydraulic fracturing monitoring at home and abroad.Based on the basic principles and construction technology of different monitoring and diagnosis technologies,the technologies are classified according to different standards,and the applicability,technical advantages and limitations of various monitoring and diagnosis methods are systematically summarized and analyzed.Based on engineering practice cases,the idea of joint application of fracturing monitoring and diagnosis technologies is put forward.The research results show that the technical advantages of different fracturing monitoring and diagnosis methods are significantly different,and they need to be scientifically and rationally selected according to the monitoring timing,objectives,and processes.The combination of fracturing monitoring and diagnosis technologies can overcome the limitations of individual methods,and realize the accurate characterization of fracture network extension and the analysisof the post-fracturing production patterns.This method provides valuable insights into the application of fracturing monitoring and diagnosis technologies in unconventional resource development.
