Women with Disabilities and Women's Disabilities:Development and Reflection on Feminist Disability Studies
Feminist Disability Studies starts from the intersection of gender and disability,trying to deconstruct the sociocultural stereotype of disability/women,and revealing the situation of the ableism to stigmatize disability/women in different forms of discourse.At the same time,Feminist Disability Studies pays close attention to the personal social practices of women with disabilities,from sexual rights and reproductive rights to community building,which triggers people's discussion and thinking about human normativity and breaks the value barriers of traditional anthropocentrism.Disability Studies is of great importance to the development of the cause of persons with disabilities in China,and the critical ideas and ideological achievements of feminist disability studies can provide a useful reference for disability research in China.
