冲击波压力传感器组件动态特性补偿研究

为抑制爆炸场寄生效应,冲击波压力传感器须采取相应抑制措施,这使得传感器组件工作频带变窄,导致测量失真.因此须对传感器组件进行动态补偿,以实现工程无失真测量.首先,对典型冲击波压力传感器组件进行动态校准,并通过微分法得到其动态特性非参数模型;然后,进行了动态特性参数模型辨识,通过设计动态补偿数字滤波器,对典型传感器组件进行了 0~40 kHz的动态补偿,并验证其科学性和有效性;最后,对典型爆炸冲击波压力信号进行了动态补偿.该研究对提高冲击波压力测量精度、准确评估毁伤威力具有重要意义.
Dynamic Characteristics Compensation of the Blast Wave Pressure Sensor Assembly
To suppress the parasitic effect of the explosion field,corresponding suppression measures should be taken for the blast wave pressure sensor,which narrows the working frequency band of the sensor assembly and leads to measurement distortion.In order to realize engineering distortion-free measurement,it is necessary to dynamically compensate the sensor assembly.Firstly,the typical shock wave pressure sensor assembly is dy-namically calibrated,and the non-parametric model of the dynamic characteristics is obtained by the differential method.Then the dynamic characteristic parameter model is identified.Furthermore,the dynamic compensation digital filter is designed to implement the 0~40 kHz dynamic compensation for the typical sensor assembly.And the scientificity and effectiveness of the compensation are verified.Finally,the typical blast wave pressure signal is dynamically compensated.The study is of great significance to improve the measurement accuracy of blast wave pressure and accurately evaluate the damage power.
