Indoor Positioning with Virtual Constellation Pseudolites and Dual Leakage Cable Coverage
To enhance indoor satellite navigation signals,a virtual constellation pseudolite indoor two-dimen-sional positioning method with dual leakage cable coverage is proposed.A satellite navigation simulator is used to generate multiple virtual orbit satellite signals that simultaneously excite the ends of mutually perpendicular double leakage cables. The signal is transmitted along the axial direction of the leakage cable while radiating the satellite navigation signal into indoor space through a series of slots on the outer conductor,so that the sat-ellite navigation receiver can directly locate and output approximate position and pseudorange observations. Then, the two-dimensional positioning algorithm based on the pseudorange difference between satellites is used to perform secondary calculations on the receiver position.By building a hardware system for on-site testing,it is proved that it can achieve meter-level accuracy in indoor pseudorange positioning.
