便携式自动测试系统设计与实现

针对机载吊舱装备的现有人工测试平台体积大、机动性弱、人工操作繁杂、耗时长等问题,在测试需求分析基础上设计了 一款便携式自动测试系统.该系统采用模块化和便携式设计思想,以PXI加固工控机为核心,基于PXI仪器和适配器构建硬件平台.软件方面基于Visual C++,采用分层架构实现各类仪器的控制处理和人机交互,集自动测试、分步测试、系统自检、数据管理、用户管理等多种功能于一体.经试验测试,该系统实现了吊舱25类测试项目的全自动测试,整个测试时间由原来12 h以上压缩至2~3 h,显著提升了测试效率,较好地完成了测试任务和保障工作.
Design and Implementation of Portable Automatic Test System
Aiming at the problems of large volume,weak maneuverability,complicated manual operation and long time of airborne pod equipment,a portable automatic test system is designed on the basis of test require-ment analysis.The modularization and portable design idea is adopted,PXI reinforced industrial control com-puter is taken as the core,and hardware platform based on PXI instrument and adapter is built.Based on Visu-al C++,the software adopts hierarchical architecture to realize the control processing and human-computer in-teraction of various instruments,and integrates automatic test,step test,system self-test,data management,user management and other functions in one.According to the test,the system realizes the automatic test of 25 kinds of test items of the pod,and the whole test time is reduced from more than 12 h to 2~3 h,which significantly improves the test efficiency and better completes the test task and guarantee work.
