Research on High Precision and Efficiency Temperature Distortion Testing Technology of Aeroengines
In order to improve the precision and efficiency of aeroengine temperature distortion test,an aero-engine temperature distortion test scheme for small inertial fine-wire thermocouple test conditions is designed.On this basis,the dynamic error correction method of temperature distortion and the software repair algorithm of failure data are studied.The influence of the signal-to-noise ratio of the original temperature signal on the cor-rected signal error is studied,and the dynamic error correction method under different signal-to-noise ratios is proposed,which ensures that the steady-state relative error of the distorted temperature data is less than 2%af-ter dynamic correction.Considering the spatial dimension,under certain repair criteria,a software repair algo-rithm for testing failure data is proposed.The repair algorithm not only ensures the high test accuracy of tem-perature distortion index,but also improves the test efficiency.After verifying a large amount of aeroengine tem-perature distortion test data in the real environment,the results show that the dynamic error correction method of temperature distortion and the software repair algorithm of failure data are feasible,and the temperature dis-tortion test can be carried out efficiently on the basis of ensuring high precision test.
