Effect of Distribution Method and Tolerance Allocation of OTP on Measurement Accuracy
Aiming at the problem of unstable measurement accuracy of laser tracker in aircraft assembly fixture manufacturing,the influence of distribution method and tolerance allocation of OTP during the fixture adjust-ment measurement on the adjustment accuracy of joint locator is described.By analyzing the axial deviation and radial deviation which may occur during the adjustment of joint locator,the root causes and influencing factors of the two are revealed.The results indicate that the adjustment accuracy of joint locator is affected by the dis-tribution method,measuring sequence,design tolerance,and the machining tolerance of the measured joint lo-cating surface of OTP.When OTP is distributed on two sides,OTP measuring tolerance zone is magnified or shrinked by the value of machining tolerance of joint locator,resulting in adjustment tolerance of the measuring point to exceed the effective range of the design tolerance,then affecting the position accuracy of joint locator in the fixture.
