Construction Method of Digital Measuring Field for Aircraft Assembly Final Based on Laser Tracker
The aviation manufacturing industry is gradually developing towards high precision and high quality, digital measuring technology become a critical component in the final assembly of aircraft. At present,tradition-al methods of constructing measuring fields rely heavily on the expertise of technicians, often involving a trial-and-error approach and subsequent adjustments, leading to inefficiency and large manpower input. To solve these problems,a novel method of constructing digital measuring field for aircraft final assembly based on laser tracker is proposed.Firstly, the digital measuring field is analyzed as a physical model to pinpoint key influen-cing factors. Then,by using model analysis and theoretical summarization, the technologies for constructing the measuring field are studied, and a scientific and resonable measuring field is constructed by determining the measuring field's coverage area, the rational arrangement of the enhanced reference system(ERS)point array, modeling and simulation, calibration of ERS point, establishment of a global coordinate system, and evaluation of uncertainty. The method is implemented and validated in the final assembly of the AG600 aircraft, which proves its effectiveness and feasibility. It enables technical personnel to efficiently and accurately construct dig-ital measuring fields, and meets the high precision measuring demands of aircraft final assembly.
