接触式高温钢水连续测温传感器研究现状

在连铸生产中,中间包钢水的温度会影响铸造产品质量与生产耗能,因此钢水温度的监测至关重要,近年来已经成为研究热点.首先,基于传感器的种类,对热电偶式和黑体空腔式钢水原位连续接触式测温技术进行了介绍.回顾了在传感器制备工艺、测量误差和温度补偿等方向对热电偶式测温传感器进行的优化,综述了从仿真模型、传感器结构、保护壁与热辐射信号处理角度对黑体空腔式测温传感器做出的改进.详细探讨了钢水测温传感器在实际应用中所遇到的侵蚀和热震故障机理.在侵蚀和热震故障机理的基础上,总结归纳了一系列提升传感器抗侵蚀和抗热震能力的可行方案,为研究人员在钢水原位连续测温研究方面提供参考和借鉴.
Current Research Status of Contact Type High-Temperature Molten Steel Continuous Temperature Measurement Sensors
In continuous casting production,the temperature of molten steel in the intermediate ladle can affect the quality of casting products and production energy consumption,so the temperature monitoring of molten steel is crucial and become a research hotspot in recent years.First,based on the type of sensors,the in-situ continous contact type temperature measurement technology of thermocouple and black body cavity for molten steel are introduced.The optimization of thermocouple temperature measurement sensor in sensor preparation process,measurement error and temperature compensation is reviewed.The improvements of the black body cavity temperature measurement sersor in the simulation model,sensor stucture,protective wall and thermal ra-diation signal processing angle are described.Detailed exploration is conducted on the erosion and thermal shock faults mechanisms encountered in the practical application of temperature sensors for molten steel.Based on the mechanisms of erosion and thermal shock faults,a series of feasible solutions are summarized to enhance the resistance of sensors to erosion and thermal shock,which can provide reference and guidance for research-ers in the research direction of in-situ continuous temperature measurement of molten steel.
