摘要

航空航天领域广泛使用薄壁筒形零件,在铣削加工时存在工件装夹困难、工件刚度较低、铣削设备成本较高、铣削质量难以保证等问题.提出了一种基于工业机器人的铣削加工方法.针对薄壁筒形件的结构特点设计工装夹具和具有铣削、检测、除屑等功能的末端执行器.在薄壁筒形件表面开展铣削试验,研究铣削参数、待加工部位是否支撑等因素对铣削质量的影响.试验结果表明铣削参数对铣槽质量的影响从大到小依次为主轴转速、切削深度、进给速度,对待加工部位进行支撑可以明显改善铣削加工质量.

Abstract

Thin-walled cylindrical parts are widely used in aerospace field.There are some problems in milling,such as difficulty in workpiece clamping,low workpiece stiffness,high cost of milling equipment and difficult to guarantee milling quality.A milling method based on industrial robot is proposed.According to the structural characteristics of thin-walled cylindrical parts,the fixture and end-effector with milling,detecting and chip re-moval functions are designed.Milling experiments are carried out on the surface of thin-walled cylindrical parts to study the effects of milling parameters,whether the parts to be machined are supported or not,and other fac-tors on milling quality.The test results show that the influence of milling parameters on the quality of the mill-ing groove is the main shaft speed,cutting depth and feed speed in order from the largest to the smallest.Sup-porting the machining area can obviously improve the quality of the milling.
